Listen to this article

Is today the birthday of your loved one? Is it by the corner? Why not offer a prayer as a gift to them?

The people we hold dear to our hearts are of great importance to us. They make up a huge part of our lives however few they may be hence, their achievements, fulfillments, victories and happiness are of extreme importance to us. This is why we never cease to celebrate their successes however little they may be.

The birthdays of the ones we hold e are days which we look up to and cannot wait to celebrate. Even though we might have in our minds a lot of presents we would love to give to them, how about a love-dripping prayer for them? This should be at the top of the list of gifts you would be giving to them. A prayer could go a long way as it has both physical and spiritual effects on the soul; it’s impacts could also be for a lifetime.

Say this prayer:

“Heavenly Father, Please bless (name),
for today is (his/her) birthday.
Dear Lord, please protect and guide (name) as she
continues along the path youve chosen for her.
Give her the courage to follow in your light, and feel
your love wherever she goes.

Make her strong and give her the strength to make
good decisions in the coming year. Keep her free from
illness and sadness, for she is a truly good person who
deserves happiness and success in all aspects of life.

We know that life is like a book. With each new
chapter, we learn and grow towards what you would
have us be. Bless (name) now on this day, and in the future.

In your name we pray, Amen”.
